Fall is here and so are all the things we've put off around the house all summer. It's easy to get overwhelmed, but if you follow my guide below, I promise it'll save you some stress :)
Make a list – take a few minutes to write down the areas you’d like to tidy around the house.
Number the areas according to priority.
Schedule each area, realistically.
Place the list on the fridge.
Stick to the schedule, don’t stray from the area you’re working on - tunnel vision.
Cross out each space once it's complete.
Before you know it you’ll be done!
One final thought, stay present – the days fly by and the routine quickly goes into effect. It is so important to take a pulse check a few times a day just to keep us present and appreciate the moment.
